Undecided.

I took the year off school. I took off partly because of my financial aid, partly because of my descision to move, and partly because I don't know what the hell I really want to do.

I want to do so much. I love photography and it's always going to be something I'm interested in but there is so much more I feel I'm capable of learning to do.

I'd love to make cakes. Not regular birthday cakes but big expensive wedding cakes, and unusual event cakes. I'd love to spend my days creating cakes that people look at and then later realize it's something to eat. Not just cake looking cakes but things out of the ordinary.

I'd also love to cook. Italian food is my favorite to make. So many flavors coming 

together to make one dish and more often than not the presentation is so important in Italian dishes. 

I KNOW when I'm older and settled I want to open a pizzaria. No matter what I decide to do when I'm about 45 I want a pizzaria as a side project. 

I feel like I want to go to school to learn all these things but I don't know which one I'd rather do for a living. 

I have time to decide. There's people in their 30s and 40s going back to school but by the time I'm that age I want to already be successful in whatever I'm doing. 

I can do so many things, I already know I can. A desk job isn't for me..I just need to figure out which of the 3 is going to make me want to get out of bed every day and excited to do what I do. I couldn't see myself getting tired of doing any of these things because in one way or another I'm fulfilling my artistic side and I can NEVER get tired of being creative.
